Week 4 - Own Your Power

Welcome to our final week of the 30-Day Guided Rose Cleanse! We have come a long way together and we are so proud of all of you for giving yourselves the wonderful gift of empowerment!

Even though our official 30-day journey is winding down, we are committed to supporting you into the future. We have planned to extend our live calls beyond the 30 days. Amanda Dennis will be hosting Live Q&A calls on a bi-weekly basis (dates/times to be determined, twice a month). Natalia will be present on the calls as frequently as her schedule allows. This will provide the opportunity to ask your most pressing dietetic questions and continue to benefit form the support of others who are on this journey with you and are likewise committed to continuing to incorporate the virtues of the cleansing lifestyle over the long term. It is our sincerest pleasure to offer you this gift of support.

So here we are...winding down what has been a truly remarkable transformative event in all of our lives.

During week 1 we began to get in touch with the amazing power within - to recognize it and connect with it. You began to exercise this inner power muscle through discipline and attunement. You elected to align with what is truly important to you and you have done so!

In week 2 we discussed the concept of cultivating inner power. You were encouraged to pay attention to people, activities, conversations and situations that either depressed or raised your energy level. From there, you learned to increase your energy-enhancing experiences. As part of week 2's lesson, you were also introduced to the concept of the "Alkaline Reserve" - your "bank account" of energy!

Week 3 explored the concept of questioning power. You were invited you to honestly evaluate what has power over you and what it means to truly gain power in your life.

This final Week culminates in the pinnacle power experience - OWNING YOUR POWER. Owning your power means that you consciously decide to walk through life fully in your power breath-by-sweet-breath, moment-by-moment, day-by-day. This is the path of sustaining power and the fulcrum of a golden life. With vigilance and awareness you can live in this state of being, never to be trapped in an incoherent state again.

You may find yourself tripping and slipping from time to time but rest assured that these moments of disconnection will make fewer and fewer appearances.

Should they appear, simply return to the physical, mental and emotional cleansing techniques we have practiced and discussed this month. They are your tools for life!

Life Beyond the 30-Day Guided Rose Cleanse

We realize many of you are waiting in eager anticipation for input on living this lifestyle beyond the 30 days of this cleanse. You probably feel lighter than you ever have before and most likely love the way you look and feel at this point - you don't want it to end! But you may be concerned that without the support of this group and adherence to the cleanse, you might go back to old habits and your previous body experience. We also want you to maintain and continue what you have achieved! Know this: the benefits you have reaped from this cleanse do not have to end! In fact, if you continue on this path, even with the addition of a harmonious mid-day meal, you can absolutely maintain and progress! If you could see your timeline, you would see that this month is only the beginning of your transformation. The results you've seen in a month will blossom into far greater results over time if you keep on track.

As long as you don't go back to eating dense, acidic foods and habits, the waste (aka weight) that has left your body this month is gone for good. You can expect to keep off any weight you have lost and continue loosing weight and looking and feeling more vibrant as you consistently release more waste.

If you are feeling great and want to simply continue juicing until dinner, a la The Rose Cleanse, feel free to do so (as long as you don't have any medical contraindications). You'll be in good company: many of us have made juicing until dinner a part of our daily lives.

However, we wish to be very, very clear here: there's no reason to push yourself to continue to juice until dinner if it's not the most natural next step for you. If you are not truly ready for this, the outcome will not be favorable. As anyone who has forced an extreme degree of discipline with this will tell you, it is like a pendulum, having swung too far in one direction will have to eventually swing back in the opposite direction. We encourage you to find the approach that best supports your path, not to push too unnatural extremes. That would be inharmonious and counter-productive. Besides, it is completely unnecessary. You don't need to juice-till-dinner to continue to progress. You can certainly consume food during the day and progress.

There are lots of different approaches one could take at this point which we will explore below. You can even use the juicing till dinner tool once or twice a week or once or twice a month rather than every day as it suits you. It is your tool to use in the way that most compliments your goals and path, not a noose!

If you are looking for the best next game plan, we have outlined many options below. We are offering many iterations of a continued cleansing lifestyle and encourage you to explore and "try on" the options that feel intuitively right for you. The sample days are examples only and should not be applied as strict prescriptions. You can select the plan that works for you and modify as needed! Remember, you should be able to keep the weight off that you lost this month so if you begin gaining the weight back, just know that you are taking in more food than your body can effectively eliminate on its own - your body is not able to keep up with the assimilation and elimination. Therefore, you can either consider a plan with less density or increase the amount of colon cleansing you are undertaking.

Option 1A & 1B - The "Die Hard" and the "Die Hard Fruit Lover Option" The "Die Hard" options are for those of you who want to continue experiencing maximum internal openness and vitality without necessarily juicing until dinner every day. With these options, you will still continue to flood your system with life force rich, non-dense, and hydrating elements. We have outlined a "Die Hard" version for both yeast-conscious Rose Cleansers and those who know they can reintroduce fruit into their diet without a yeast concern.

Colon cleansing via professionally administered colon hydrotherapy or properly administered enemas will continue to be a regular practice as you continue to awaken old waste matter with such a "die hard" approach.

1A: The "Die Hard"

For the yeast-conscious "Die Hard," a typical day will look like this:

First intake: Vegetable Juice (water and or/herbal tea as desired).

Second: Organic raw vegetable salad dressed per Rose Cleanse/Detox 4 Women suggestions.

Dinner: Raw Salad and properly combined dinner & dessert (starch or flesh based) per Rose Cleanse and Detox 4 Women suggestions.

The "Die-Hard" approach continues to de-emphasize grains except for the highest quality options (i.e. quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and amaranth).

1B: The "Die Hard Fruit Lover"

For the yeast-free "Die Hard," a typical day will look like this:

First Intake: Green-vegetable-centric juice

Second Intake: Seasonal fruit grazing throughout the day as desired Dinner: Raw salad and properly combined dinner & yeast-conscious dessert (starch or flesh based with low-glycemic dessert like 70% dark chocolate) per recommendations in afore mentioned books.

Option 2: The "Devotee Fruit Lover"

If you are the type of person that loves to have your raw midday meal but also loves the idea of having a little bit of fruit in the day, this is the plan for you! A typical day will look like this:

First Intake: Green vegetable-centric juice

Second Intake: Fresh, seasonal fruit of your choice

Mid-day meal: Raw Salad

Dinner: Raw salad and properly combined dinner & dessert (starch or flesh based)

Colon cleansing via professionally administered colon hydrotherapy or properly administered enemas will continue to be a regular practice as you continue to awaken old waste matter.

Option 3: The "Yeast Conscious Every-Day Cleanser"

This option is for the person who knows they need to stick with the yeast sensitive diet and who wants to include some cooked elements mid-day. This is the classic Detox For Women approach that is appropriate for yeasted men and women. If you were yeasted before the 30-Day Guided Rose Cleanse began, you are most-likely now in the thick of a critical time to continue starving off the yeast in your body. As you re-enter a more regular pattern of eating, do not take your eye off the ball!

Colon cleansing via professionally administered colon hydrotherapy or properly administered enemas will continue to be a regular practice as you continue to awaken old waste matter.

Below is an example of how the "Yeast Conscious Every-Day Cleanser" can continue to experience the benefits of the 30-Day Rose Cleanse while incorporating more food into the daily diet:

First Intake: Vegetable Juice

Mid-day meal: Neutral, Starch or Flesh Based Raw Salad with properly combined cooked component (e.g. neutral vegetable soup, starchy vegetable like sweet potato or acorn squash, or flesh based lunch with goat cheese on salad and an egg omelet or a piece of fish)

Dinner: Raw salad and properly combined dinner & yeast-conscious dessert (starch or flesh based with low-glycemic dessert like 70% dark chocolate)

The "Yeasted Devotee" would continue to de-emphasize grains except for the highest quality options (i.e. quinoa, millet, buckwheat, and amaranth).

Option 4: The Every-Day Cleanser

The Every-Day Cleanser would like to incorporate a cooked component with their lunch but also loves fruit and does not need to take a yeast-conscious approach. The Every-Day Cleanser's go-to book would be The Raw Food Detox Diet and hover around levels 2-4. A day might look like the following:

First Intake: Vegetable Juice Second Intake: Fruit of your choice

Mid-day meal: Neutral, Starch or Flesh Based Raw Salad with properly combined cooked component (e.g. neutral vegetable soup, starchy vegetable like sweet potato or acorn squash, or flesh based lunch with goat cheese on salad and an egg omelet or a piece of fish)

Dinner: Raw salad and properly combined dinner & dessert

You will continue with periodic colon cleansing via professionally administered colon hydrotherapy and or/properly administered enemas.

Option 5: The Jock

If you are a man who was eating a fully mainstream diet before you started the Rose Cleanse (think eggs, bacon and toast or a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, a turkey sandwich and chips for lunch and chicken or steak with rice or pasta for dinner) OR a man or women with an extremely aggressive and rigorous athletic training schedule, this plan is for you! For the rigorously training athlete, this plan will provide enough clean sustenance to support you through your training and for the mainstream man, this will provide far better options than what you were consuming before the Cleanse. With this plan, you will enjoy the density and variety of foods you are used to without overly re-toxifying your body. A good go-to book is The Raw Food Detox Diet, enjoying levels 4-5. A typical day will look like this:

First Intake: Vegetable Juice

Second Intake: Fruit of your choice

Third Intake: Raw granola with almond milk or an egg omelet with vegetables (make sure you wait 30 minutes to eat this meal after you have consumed your fruit)

Mid-day: Neutral, Starch or Flesh Based Raw Salad with properly combined cooked component (e.g. neutral vegetable soup, starchy vegetable like sweet potato or acorn squash, or flesh based lunch with goat cheese on salad and an egg omelet or a piece of fish)

Dinner: Raw salad and properly combined dinner & dessert

We encourage you to consider periodic colon cleansing via professionally administered colon hydrotherapy and/or properly administered home enemas whenever you are feeling like you are "backed up" or could just use the "house cleaning!"

Practical Considerations

If you are going to be re-introducing meals into your daily plan, please consider how, when and where you will acquire what you need in order to make good choices! Make sure you either add your additional salad ingredients to your shopping list or choose a great salad bar near work or a store to purchase properly combined pre-made salads. If you are adding in a cooked element to your lunches - where will you get these? Do you want to bake several sweet potatoes on Sunday so you have a few made for the week? Can you make vegetable soup for the week, freeze some and bring it to work? Or, will you just make enough of each dinner to bring left-overs to accompany your salad for lunch?

Make sure your game plan for after the Cleanse is as "air tight" as the game plan you had coming into the cleanse!

Also consider what you will be doing for "movement" long-term. Whatever you choose to do, make sure it is enjoyable and allows for chi-flow as well as a "clearing of the mind." Choose whatever works best for you and commit to it!

Social and Lifestyle Considerations

In some ways, the social pressure to eat like everyone else may intensify after the cleanse is over. During the 30 days, you had the convenient "excuse" that you were a part of this 30-Day Guided Rose Cleanse, and that is why you were not partaking in certain foods or activities. Now that the official cleanse is winding down, you will need to be strong enough to stand on your own as you integrate back into the "normal" world! Now is the time to really own this lifestyle because you have felt the amazing benefits for yourself. If you cannot do this, ask yourself, "Why not?" Do your best to stay aware and continue to question the lifestyle you were living that drove you to cleanse in the first place. Why would you ever want to compromise what you know is best for you just because others expect certain behavior out of you? Again, continue to dive into this work head-first and really explore the answers to these questions.

While it will be important to have your boundaries as you integrate everything you have learned this month into your regular lifestyle, remember that this plan is designed to give you flexibility. You should still be able to eat out at restaurants, enjoy dinners with your family and friends, and although your choices may be different than others' you can still be enjoyable to be around!

Pay attention to components of your previous lifestyle that are simply saboteurs for you. Maybe it's the "one" glass of wine that always turned into two or three in the evening or the group of friends that criticizes you for making positive changes in your life or the insanely busy schedule you have been keeping as a mother or father. If you still do not feel like you can keep your center in the face of these types of situations, know this in advance and avoid them until you feel like you have control over them...or, simply eliminate them forever if this is a more life-generating approach for you! There are always other alternative options and it may be time to seriously consider making some big changes in order to live the joy and purpose-filled life you were meant to live.

You are hopefully no longer reacting to circumstances and situations around you and mechanically reaching for food or other substances to distract you from your true emotions. If this is the case for you, you are now in a position to really choose when it makes sense for you to indulge a little from time to time. This work is about "progress" not "perfection" so allow yourself the occasional flexible moment - you will notice that your desire to do this will lesson with time but give yourself permission to make conscious decision to eat "off program" when life presents situations when a minor indulgence would be more life-generating than strictly adhering to your plan!

Mental/Emotional Considerations

We often hear people using economics as an excuse to eat in a way that is not conducive to health. This should never be an excuse! Hopefully you have seen this month that there is a way to live this lifestyle EXTREMELY economically! If you are not overeating and preparing your own meals and even better, growing some of your own produce, you will notice that in time you will spend LESS on food even though the quality is higher. The lifestyle gets expensive only if you are partaking in the convenience health foods which is fine if your budget can accommodate these choices (e.g. choosing the $12 salad from Whole Foods vs making one on your own)! But remember, if you need to, you can live this lifestyle very inexpensively so money or the lack thereof, should never be a hindrance to your success.

Going back to eating during the day may bring your vibration down a little bit. Do not be afraid of this - just recognize it as a choice you have decided to make and remember that this does not mean that the high vibration you experienced is no longer available to you. You now have the tools to rediscover this vibration whenever you want to come back!

Closing

We have so much gratitude for all of you who have embarked on this journey. We are deeply honored that you have chosen us to be your teammates in this "canoe" we have been riding in together. We have loved witnessing the transformations that are happening deep within you and know that the light you are shining will serve to transform many more people who are lucky enough to cross your path. Thank you for doing the work - for finding, cultivating, questioning and now owning your power.

We look forward to connecting with you in the near future!

In love, light and gratitude,
Natalia, Amanda, Ana & Doris
