2010 September Advanced Training
Monday September 20 - Wednesday September 22, 2010
10:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Monday & Tuesday and noon -3:00 p.m on Wednesday
New York City
Please allow for possible run-over on all of these days and do not book flights too close to ending times as we do often continue beyond the scheduled times (you wouldn't want to miss anything!).
The Advanced Training Intensive is a workshop for those dedicated to understanding the mechanics of cleansing much more deeply. Many who attend also plan on integrating this knowledge to help counsel others -- be it professionally or personally. There is a great need for real knowledge about nutrition, food, cleansing and healing. So many people are hungry for the truth and for support but there are not enough knowledgeable people out there to support them. Further, there is so much confusing and conflicting information circulating in the health and raw food arena making it difficult for truth seekers to ever discover the great gold mine that this lifestyle offers when done correctly!
If you have been walking this path on your own for a while and would like to go deeper -- learn how to make your being even more vibrant -- or if you would like to learn more to better guide others, even if it's just your close friends and family, this is the place to be.
You will:
*Learn the deeper inner-workings of the body and how it response to cleansing;
*Learn how to tailor the program to different health issues and specific diseases;
*Understand the mechanics behind the principles and how to adapt them more specifically: and
*Receive guidance with regard to developing and running your own practice.
Fee: $1,100.00

Accommodations: I recommend finding a hotel in mid-town on the East side. In the past students have found excellent rates at The Hotel Giraffe and The Fitzpatrick. But there are many others. The Regency Hotel on 61st and Park is only two blocks away and extremely central to everything (Central Park, shops, etc.).
I look foward to seeing you in class!
The Natalia Rose teacher training program was inspiring and meaningful to me and to my Health Counseling practice. Natalia is a combination of warmth and intelligence and it was a gift to spend "up close and personal" time with her.
Her first book "The Raw Food Detox Diet" opened my eyes to a new world, and the opportunity to work with her years later as a teacher and Health Counselor was a dream come true.
I have learned many things from Natalia and her writing over the years and becoming part of her "Advanced Training" course has meant a great deal to me and to my practice. She offers hands on practical advice for dealing with specific health issues and coaches her teachers through many common health questions. She really gives you specific, user friendly advice.
I highly recommend this course as an enrichment of your own program, personal or professional. You will find yourself changed in a positive way from working with and knowing Natalia.

The Rose Program Culinary Institute
Monday October 18 - Friday October 22, 2010
10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Mon-Fri
Jersey City, New Jersey
Introducing The Rose Program CULINARY INSTITUTE
So many people have already discovered that The Rose Program offers a gateway into a whole new way of looking at food, ingredients, combinations and culinary pleasures. The breadth of practical skills, recipes and experienced guidance in preparing foods for the clean-celled lifestyle is so extensive it begs it's own culinary institute.
Until now, culinary arts have been limited to either classical OR vegetarian/vegan, OR raw Or dairy free Or the environmentally conscious slow-food movement. What enthusiasts of the Rose Program quickly discover is that labels do not define this work. Context does. Raw in our context takes on a whole new meaning, or rather it's original meaning: a diet comprised mostly of water-containing fruits and vegetables (not nut/seed heavy/indiscriminate combinations). Vegan in our context is redeemed by it's original meaning when it is stripped of it's emphasis on grains, beans and soy products and packaged foods. Animal products are given valid context when prepared with sensitivity to the quality of the animal product and other factors. There is room for dairy too in the recommended context. Fats and oils which have been largely misused and overused are brought back to their role of usefulness both physiology and gastronomically. As such the gateway of a tremendous culinary world materializes!
We believe the future of food will pivot on four key fundamentals:
The ability of the food/diet to:
1) please the palate and satisfy deeply,
2 support cellular cleanliness
3) be sustainable for the planet,
4) reverse weight gain and reverse physical, mental and emotional imbalances
Can food that results in a clean celled, highly functioning body compete with and even exceed the taste and pleasure of classic food preparations and haute-cuisine? Yes, it can. This is the future of food and cheffing.
We've seen the future of food and we want to offer you the opportunity to become a certified chef in The Rose Program Culinary Method.
The future of private catering, restaurants, packaged products and food technology are all by necessity going to be moving toward the knowledge we offer in The Rose Program Culinary Institute.
We are opening our doors for our first group of students on October 11, 2010. The course will be led by Rose Program Executive Chef, Doris Choi and Natalia Rose.
About Doris Choi: Doris Choi is a private chef and caterer with over fifteen years experience in the restaurant/service industry. She has owned, managed and operated highly successful bars, nightclubs, cafes, restaurants and catering companies throughout New York City.
A series of revelations changed the way she perceived nourishing the body and she turned her culinary talents in the direction of the Rose Program principles. This led to her next leap: spearheading Detox Delivery.
Doris discovered that she could merge her extensive education and practical skills in classic and haute-cuisine with what she discovered about food combinations, quick exit fare and the cornucopia of fresh, natural flavors from the garden! Since then she has created hundreds of fresh, raw and cooked recipes that easily compete with the best culinary fare.
Never before has there been an opportunity to blend The combined vision of Natalia Rose and Rose Program Executive Chef Doris Choi are making this a reality.
Here's a peek at just some of what you can look forward to in the Rose Program Culinary Institute's Certification Curriculum

In the case of rain we will postpone until the following week, but if the weather is uncertain or merely misty, we will make a firm determination by 7:30 a.m. that morning and post it here on this page.
I really look forward to enjoying the park and all the beauty that has been waiting patiently under the cold winter soil to express the irrepressible nature of indwelling life. See you Thursday mornings!
