Professional Guidance

The Rose Cleanse was designed by Natalia Rose to offer you a guided cleansing experience normally reserved for her personal client base. Natalia Rose, CN, is a graduate of New York University and a Clinical Nutritionist. Natalia is the author of six books including The Raw Food Detox Diet, Raw Food Life Force Energy, The New Energy Body, Detox 4 Women, Emotional Eating S.O.S., and The Rose Cleanse with two more titles coming out in the fall of 2012. In her private practice, Natalia has guided some of the world’s most body-conscious men and women, including models, actors, and media personalities. She has served as nutrition director for the Frederic Fekkai Spa and Elizabeth Arden Red Door Landmark Spa. Rose has been featured on NBC, FOX News, MSNBC, The View, NPR and in publications such as The New York Times, USA TODAY, Womens World, First For Women, The Enquirer, Yoga Journal, Hamptons Magazine and Psychology Today.

The Protocol


The Pre-Cleanse Preparation Guide will provide you with all of the information you will need to get started – from stocking your kitchen, to arranging your schedule, and preparing your body for the optimal cleansing experience. Pre-cleanse preparation time will depend on your previous cleansing experience and how ready your body and kitchen are currently to get started – you can determine how long you would like to take in preparation for your 30 Day Cleanse!. Novice cleansers may want to take up to 3 weeks for preparation while more seasoned cleansers may be comfortable jumping right in!

Although we make a few optional product suggestions, a vegetable juicer or access to fresh-pressed, raw vegetable juice is the only requirement.

The 30-Day Cleanse

After taking as much time as you need to prepare, you will select your start date for the 30 Day Cleanse. Starting on your selected Day 1, the protocol is really quite simple. From the time you wake up in the morning until the evening you will consume fresh-pressed, raw vegetable juices (either from your own kitchen or from a local juice bar), herbal tea, and if needed, organic vegetable broth. This will serve to awaken the accumulated waste matter in your body. Around 5:00 or 6:00 at night, you will break your short “mini-fast” with a satisfying, vegetable centric meal (think big salad with baked winter squashes like acorn or spaghetti squash or sweet potatoes with a touch of butter and sea salt) OR a meal centered around a big salad with raw goat cheese and wild, organic fish.

You will combine this eating protocol with cleansing techniques (e.g. enemas and/or colon hydrotherapy, sweating, movement, body brushing) to assist your body in releasing the accumulated waste that needs to leave your body. These can be done on a schedule that you feel comfortable with from both a time and budget perspective.

You will receive tips and tools throughout your 30 day cleanse so you will feel confident and able to integrate everything you have learned into a sustainable, long-term lifestyle. Continue to benefit from the Live Q&A calls for the remaining duration of your 60 Day Experience!
