Maximum Purification – Equipment

EQUIPMENT

Some may not need to purchase any equipment, if you live in an area where you can easily source fresh pressed green juice and have great detox friendly restaurants nearby. This is a great resource for finding juice places near you: pressedjuicedirectory.com. However, the following tools are Staples in Our Detox Kitchens:

• A good juicer, such as the Breville Juice Fountain (the speediest & convenient to use) or the Omega Vert (more quiet & efficient juice extraction) — Once you make your purchase, this will be your most affordable & handy option for getting your juice.

• A good high speed blender, such as the Vitamix or Blendtech, for making shakes, soups, dressings and desserts. These can be obtained “refurbished” which cuts down on the cost significantly. This is not mandatory, but a very helpful, and fun, detox kitchen tool.

• A good chef’s knife, for preparing your vegetables with ease.

• A wooden salad bowl

Other Kitchen Tools

These will be referenced in our recipes: food processor, vegetable & julienne peeler, spiralizer, grater/zester, ice-cream maker.

Other Helpful Detox Tools

• An enema kit, such as the Cara Fountain Syringe or Cara Water Bottle Combination.

• A good dry brush, such as the Yerba Prima

• A rebounder, such as the Reboundair (receive $10 off when you mention Natalia) or Jumpsport.

Please do not be alarmed by the equipment list. Once you review the booklet, you will have a better grasp of how you will be incorporating these, if you chose to invest in them. Juice is at the center of the cleansing protocol – whether you make it yourself at home, get it delivered from Juice Press or The Pressed Juicery (nationwide) or pick it up at your local health food store, will be up to you. You could go through the whole cleanse without investing in any extra equipment. We will help you make it work no matter what your circumstances. I simply want to encourage you to bring an open heart and mind, ready to absorb the new teachings.
