Sweet N’ Spicy Holiday Juice by Ana Zaharia
This juice is delicious and perfect for getting the blood going (as well as the bowel). Beets are a great aid in making sure that we eliminate everything that is awakened and magnetized when juicing. Makes 32 oz.
5 baby beets
8 celery sticks
2 baby bok choy
2 collard leaves
12 carrots
Run through a juicer, then pour into a mug and top with:
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Vegetable “Chocolate Milk”
Makes 2-3 cups
1 head romaine
1 pound fresh carrots
This juice is also great with a few drops of NuNaturals chocolate flavored stevia!
Bunny Milk
Makes about 16oz.
1 head romaine lettuce
2 handfuls of spinach
6 medium carrots
The secret to this recipe is balancing the greens with the carrots. The carrots should comprise half of the mixture. The other half should be 75% romaine and 25% spinach. Bunny Milk is a juice but has the density and creaminess of milk. This one will get you hopping!
