Week 3 Challenges:

Increase your wheatgrass intake to 3 ounces 3 days a week and 2 ounces 2 days a week (or continue with less until your body is in harmony with it);

Practice stopping eating before you are full, and not going back to the fridge after your meal. Keep this commitment sacred. It may take a bit of practice and planning because you may find that you have been using snacking at night time to numb you from feeling certain uncomfortable emotions like boredom, loneliness, or the pain of being in a job or living situation that does not serve your highest good;

Watch one inspirational, perspective altering movie this week or start reading one inspiring book! We love “Thrive,” “The Greater Good,” “Food, Inc.” and “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.” All of these movies will serve to give you a bigger perspective on this work and will be entertaining and fun to watch as well! - Explore a new chi-generating activity like a dance or yoga class, walking in nature, or biking. Do not limit yourself to standard forms of exercise; rock climbing, paddle boarding, and martial arts classes are all engaging ways to connect more deeply with your body and spirit. Find an activity that makes you feel like a child at play.
