Focus On Green Juices
These are the juices that should make up at least 50% of your daily juice intake. When we fast, we typically consume 6 to 8 16oz. juices per day, and at least 4 of them will be all green. The greens are the true healers and cleansers so we want to saturate our internal terrain with them!
Natalia’s Classic “Green Lemonade”
Makes 1 serving
1 head romaine lettuce or celery
5 to 6 stalks kale (any type)
Liquid stevia to taste (Stevita or NuNaturals)
1 whole organic lemon (you don’t have to peel it)
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh ginger (optional)
Notice how the lemon really cuts out the “green” taste that most people try to avoid.
All Good / All Green Juice by Ana Zaharia
Makes about 40 ounces
1 large cucumber
1 head of celery
4 leaves lacinato kale
1 handful cilantro
1 lemon half peeled
1 lime half peeled
1 poblano pepper seeded 1/2” ginger knob
8 oz fresh coconut water
Tastes like a garden in your mouth!
Formula One
This is the Rolls-Royce of juices, not for the faint-hearted. It is packed with all green vegetables and revved up with fresh ginger.
1 head romaine lettuce
3 stalks kale
Handful of spinach
3 stalks celery
1 medium cucumber
1⁄2 bunch fresh parsley
1 lemon, halved
1 (3-inch) piece of ginger
Liquid stevia (optional)
Add a few drops of stevia for sweetness as desired.

Makes about a goblet-full
1/2 celery head
2 limes half peeled
3 collard leaves
1 handful sunflower sprouts (wrapped in a collard leaf to keep the sprouts together)
1 romaine heart
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup fresh young coconut water

Count on your sweet-art to sweeten your green juice with apples.

This is a refreshing twist on the old standby, with a Mexican flair. If you can’t take the heat, omit the jalapeno.
