EGD Week 2

The first week tends to be the hardest week in terms of major lifestyle changes and you have made it through. Take a moment to celebrate this success and then take a deep breath and move your focus to the upcoming week. If you slipped up a bit during the first week, don’t dwell on this or use it as an excuse to discard the entire program. Take this moment to recommit yourself to this cleanse. Remind yourself of all of the reasons why you signed up in the first place and write these down. If you haven’t already, take the time to watch the week 1 video and listen to the week 1 call, visit the private Facebook group, and connect with join in on the discussion and connection.
