Natalia’s Sunflower Butter Dressing
- Sunflower butter, 1 cup (alternatively 2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked for an hour minimum)
- Lemon juice, 1/4 cup
- Clean water, 1/4 cup to facilitate blending
- Herbs de Provence, 1/3 jar (1/3 oz.)
- Shallot, 2 medium
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Spike seasoning to taste
- Stevia to taste (Stevita brand)
- Ice, a few cubes to keep it cool
Blend until smooth and pour over greens.
