Marinara Sauce by Seeds of Change is one of a select few sauces that Natalia highly recommends and uses often with her own meals. Use it on detox pizzas, pastas, on top of cooked vegetables, and Natalia even likes it on her raw goat cheese salads (her version of a pasta salad). A great hearty touch for die-hard cleanse health enthusiasts. Stick with sauces that have a low oil content, indicated by a fat gram content of 4 grams or less.
