Chopped Mediterranean Salad: Raw/ Neutral

  • 1 head romaine, finely chopped
  • 2 plum tomatoes, small diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, small diced
  • ½ red onion, small diced
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 handful parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or zaatar

Optional: goat feta, cubed

Toss all ingredients together.
